BurlyBirdie Shipping Policy
At BurlyBirdie, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy outlines our shipping process, timeframes, and responsibilities.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-demand periods (e.g. product drops, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Australia (Domestic Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g. free shipping promotions).
International Shipping
- Standard International: 10-30 business days
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for:
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Any delays caused by customs
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, delays can occur due to:
- Postal carrier issues
- Customs processing
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
BurlyBirdie is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:
- Please contact the shipping carrier first
- Then contact us at burlybirdie@gmail.com
BurlyBirdie is not responsible for parcels that are:
- Lost or stolen after delivery
- Delivered to the correct address provided
However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
